Dues Schedule

The minimum base membership dues in the Council Bluffs Area chamber of Commerce shall be $285 annually and shall increase by $5 each year until further action by the Board of Directors. First time application fee is $25.

General Membership

Minimum base dues shall cover the owner/manager and 10 employees (FTE). Additional employees (FTE) over 10 shall be assessed at $4/employee.

Professional Membership

Minimum base dues amount which shall cover one professional and all non-professional support staff. Additional professionals shall be assessed at $40/professional. Professional category includes the following professions:

• Architects/Engineers
• Medical
• Dental
• Counseling
• Opticians
• Pharmacy
• Insurance/Investments
• Real Estate/Mortgage

Hotels/Motels

Minimum base plus $6/room

Apartments

Minimum base plus $3/unit

Restaurants/Lounges

Minimum base plus $1/seat capacity

Care Facilities

Minimum base plus $3/unit

Banks/S&L

Minimum base plus $500.00

• $25/M = $1,250.00
• $100/M = $5000.00
• $50/M = $2,500.00

Casino

$3/gaming position, plus hotel, plus restaurant
