Business over Breakfast

Enables our members and the chamber to have more interactions with each other as well as keeping members informed on what is happening around them and discuss issues that are important to them as well.

It's Showtime! Small Business Showcase

Expanded version of the Small Business Showcase highlighting our small businesses. Done in conjunction with the Spring Quarterly Meeting, the event showcases new and expanding small businesses and provides a day of innovative and leading edge seminars and training opportunities for local business leaders. Capped off with a reception and Chamber After Hours.

Legislative Coffee

This program offers business leaders, community leaders, and the general public an opportunity to interact one-on-one with our state elected officials during the legislative session. Every two weeks throughout the session, members gather at the Council Bluffs public library for a report of the legislative activity. Elected state leaders field questions from the audience and take the opportunity to personalize legislative activity and hear input from their constituents.

Quarterly/Annual Meetings

Three quarterly and one Annual meeting provide Chamber members and their guests with updates of Chamber and community activities and feature keynote speakers highlighting business and community topics of interest to our members. The Annual Meeting recaps program activity for the year and introduces the new action plans for the upcoming Chamber year.

Council Bluffs Day at the Legislature

Community Leaders participate in a day at the Legislature working with elected state officials to influence legislation and funding projects. The day begins early and ends late with a reception for legislators and various meetings throughout the day.

After Hours

After Hours are opportunities for our members and non-members to come together to network. The After Hours have anywhere from 80-110 members participate. If you are interested in sponsoring After Hours contact the Chamber at 712-325-1000.

Ribbon Cuttings and Ground Breakings

Ribbon Cuttings and Ground Breakings are a great way for the member to announce their business in the Community. The CEE BEE Ambassadors come out to greet and congratulate the member along with the Mayor or City Council Representative. Great Networking Opportunity!
