The Council Bluffs Convention and Visitors Bureau is experienced and capable of assisting with your event and room and board needs. From bid preparation, community information, and venue details, our CVB will ensure you have all the information you need for a successful event.

• Preparation of proposals and bids, presented electronically or in person
• Price checking for venues and hotel rooms
• Secure hotel room blocks
• Arrange for venues, hotels, and related tours and activities
• Assist and recommend alternative before and after sports activities
• Provide local information, maps, and Visitor Guides
• Help prepare and distribute media releases
• Provide welcome bags and gifts

* A minimum of 50 total room nights in a Council Bluffs hotel must be booked to qualify for CVB services
