Harrison County Development Corporation

In 1967 Harrison County Development Corporation (HCDC) became the 1st county-wide economic development organization in the state. As a public/private organization Harrison County Development serves all 10 communities and the citizens of Harrison County. HCDC is proud to enhance and support Business, Industrial, Recreational and Tourism opportunities.
