Council Bluffs Industrial Foundation
The Council Bluffs Industrial Foundation is a private, nonprofit organization formed in 1954 with the main purpose of developing suitable land for industry in Council Bluffs. The Industrial Foundation currently owns and is developing the Manawa Business Park located at South 15th and Highway 275 and the South Point Business Park located at South 19th Street and Highway 275.
