An inclusive and equitable workplace requires an employee experience design within the workplace that uniquely focuses on demographic-related needs. Such needs include ethnicity, nationality, age, gender, etc. Employers can address the different needs of each employee with relationships that meet the employee where they are, give them voice and choice in their decisions, and empowers them with the tools and support we all need to build a vision for our lives. Take this opportunity to learn more about how Greater Omaha Worklab (GrOW) is partnering with North End Teleservices to provide the support that seeks to elevate their employees’ quality of life.
Moderated by Chad Mares, Senior Director of Workforce Services at the Omaha Chamber and leader of the GrOW Program. Panelists are Danielle Ward-Thompson, GrOW Program Manager at the Omaha Chamber and Keisha Thomas, Human Resources Project Manager at North End Teleservices.
