              If you would like to host a Ribbon Cutting or Open House for your organization, please complete the quick form below. A CB Chamber staff member or CeeBee Ambassador will reach out to you to schedule.

              Hosting a successful ribbon-cutting event is all about creating a memorable moment that marks the opening of a new venture or establishment. To achieve this, meticulous planning and attention to detail are key. Start by selecting a convenient date and time, and inviting key stakeholders, including local dignitaries and the media. Ensure a visually appealing setup and a backdrop that represents the occasion. Keep speeches concise and engaging, and don't forget to capture the moment with photos and videos. Offer refreshments and a warm welcome to attendees, fostering a sense of community and celebration. With thoughtful planning and execution, your ribbon-cutting event can leave a lasting positive impression.

              We request at minimum two weeks notice for ribbon cuttings. These can be hosted at any time of the day, but 4:30 pm is a popular time that typically has a good turn out. Please avoid Friday's if possible as many ambassadors and community members have different hours and schedules on Friday.
