My name is Lindsey Yank, and I am the Human Resources Technician at Children's Square USA. I started in this position in August of 2020. I am the main recruiter for Children's Square USA, but I do a lot of other tasks like worker's compensation claims, FMLA claims, benefits paperwork, background checks, etc. My goal is to be well-versed in all aspects of Human Resources. What I love about this position is that I get to interact with all of the employees and applicants, but I also get to do all of the paperwork that I love to organize. I live in Papillion, Nebraska and am pretty new to the Council Bluffs area, so I would love suggestions on places to get take-out food, enjoy a night out, or any and all museums and other things to do in Council Bluffs as I explore this city more.
I have been hosting JOB FAIRS in Omaha, Lincoln, Columbus and Council Bluffs for the past 20+ years.

This is my passion and I do this 100% of my time, some years have been super tough and other years very good, but I want to continue helping the employer and job seeker find each other.
