As a highly visible member of the branch team, the Branch Office Administrator (BOA) is essential to that process. You and your financial advisor work closely with clients in your community – rooted in trust – so you can help them achieve their goals. All the while, you’ll be achieving yours. 
     
    Key BOA responsibilities
     • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients are understood and informed
     • Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
     • Actively listen for situations in the clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services
