    WCCA seeks a Human Resources generalist to develop and implement personnel policies, employment procedures, compensation, benefits, employee welfare and recruiting.
     
    This is a Harlan, IA-based, full-time position.  WCCA is a non-profit, anti-poverty 501(c)(3)Corporation with 120+ employees providing social services programs in 10 Southwest Iowa counties. 
     
    Candidates for this position must have a BA/BS in Human Resources or Business Management and three years of applicable experience. 
     
    This position may be eligible for the Federal Loan Forgiveness Program.
     
    Travel, valid driver’s license, and auto liability insurance is required.  Benefits include: Health, dental, life insurance, short/long-term disability, EAP, 12 paid holidays, vacation/sick pay, IPERS and 403(B) retirement programs.
