  • IQ4K Specialist Needed for Child Care Resources & Referral

    WCCA seeks an IQ4K Specialist to provide education, resources, and advocacy through consultation and technical assistance to assist child care providers in their continuous improvement plans.  The Specialist will also educate community, parents, and providers about the Quality Improvement Rating System (QRIS) in our 17-county service delivery area.  Experience working in early childhood or education setting is desired.
     
    The Specialist must have a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, Psychology, or Sociology and two years of experience working with the QRIS is required.
     
    The Specialist’s position is a full-time, year round, Harlan-based position that will be eligible for group dental, health, and life plans, IPERS and a TSA plan for retirement, 12 holidays each year, and generous vacation and sick pay accruals.
