  • Service Department Manager

    Well established heavy duty truck dealer and service location is in need of an experienced Service Department Manager!

    Direct Hire Opportunity 

    Yearly income ranges $80,000-$100,000 depending on experience and annual performance bonus!!

    Job Duties Include:

    • Manage staffing levels and assigned work hours of shop personnel to meet our customers' needs and maximize profitability
    • Manager the process of work orders from start to finish
    • Communicate effectively with customers throughout entire service process
    • Assure that technician training is kept current as well as identify areas that we need additional training
    • Ensure that parts are accurately recorded on work orders as well as received in a timely manner, must be able to coordinate with the parts department
    • Complete all end of month checklists and reports in a timely manner
    • Ensure that your productivity and warranty numbers are meeting the General Manager and the Department Managers expectations
    • Maintain a professional and safe work environment for both our employees and our customers

    Qualifications and Skills Required:

    • 10 years heavy duty truck maintenance/repair experience
    • Proven leadership capabilities
    • Able to communicate clearly with the technicians as well as customers as needed
    • Organizational skills to perform all duties and responsibilities listed above
