    TS Banking Group is seeking to hire a Business Analyst. This position performs detailed business process analysis in support of new business development or re-engineering of business processes.

    Preferred education and/or experience includes: Possess a four-year college degree from an accredited university or institution with the major area of study in Business, Business Administration or Computer Science, or Information Technology. Comparable work experience can be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the formal education requirement.

    Experience and Skills:

    • Perform detailed business requirements and business process analysis in support of solution strategies and business cases
    • Assist in developing capability maps throughout the organization
    • Analyze and validate business requirements
    • Interact with business clients to gather their business and technical requirements
    • Design business processes and procedures
    • Facilitate communication between the business and technology areas to address business issues
    • Receive business needs and product and enhancement requirements requests and convert the requests into a workable solution to present to Technology and Business Intelligence teams
    • Serves as Project Manager on projects developed from the above scenarios, including working with the business to assess the impact to the capability maps and current state process
    • Propose solutions relating to business process improvements and business procedures
    • Assists in development and execution of user test cases and validates test results during testing
    • Provide senior executives with management reports displaying trends and key performance indicators for strategic agile initiatives across the enterprise
    • Ability to perform all other duties as assigned.
    • Comply with all banking and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees of company and the general public. Must possess good communication skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
    • Ability to operate the following: telephone, personal computer, printer, copy machine, fax machine. Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software programs. Advanced PC knowledge beneficial.
    • To effectively perform the job, must have reliable transportation to travel to and from work and other work-related events, meetings, interactions with clients, etc.
