    TS Banking Group is seeking to hire a Business Systems Analyst. This role supports the business analysis, application development, and business intelligence teams in automation efforts. The analyst develops systems through analysis of business and user needs. This involves identifying solutions, advising on the implementation requirements, and conducting post implementation verification testing. This role will also maintain and improve the documentation of data quality process and operations, involving data cleansing, data pipeline analysis, and creation of data visualizations.

    Preferred education and/or experience includes: Possess a four-year college degree from an accredited university or institution with the major area of study in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Project Management.

    Experience and Skills:

    • Work with complex information systems and develop or modify existing systems through analysis of business and user needs
    • Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and identify solutions to new and emerging business processes
    • Identify areas of concerns and prioritize action steps to optimize program performance
    • Develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders for program delivery, and on-going support
    • Create and update training materials, deliver training, and report on training results
    • Conduct post implementation verification testing and other analysis as required to complete database migrations
    • Draft process maps, standard operating procedures, and user instructions
    • Conduct basic data reconciliations to ensure accuracy and data integrity
    • Develop and implement data collection processes and other strategies that optimize data quality
    • Ensure data integrity and implement quality control elements
    • Manage routine data extractions and transformations from existing data sources into an analytics environment
    • Clean large data sets
    • Partner with IT to validate current data flows
    • Perform data cleansing, data filling, and benchmarking against independent data sources
    • Maintain and improve the documentation of data quality processes and operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
    • Support Business Intelligence Developers with data preparation for routine reporting
    • Ability to perform all other duties as assigned.
    • Comply with all banking and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees of company and the general public. Must possess good communication skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
    • Ability to operate the following: telephone, personal computer, printer, copy machine, fax machine. Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software programs. Advanced PC knowledge beneficial.

    • Create data visualization and dashboards that present data
