  • Systems Analyst

    Job Description:

    TS Banking Group is seeking to hire a Systems Analyst. This role is responsible for the analysis, design, and documentation of system requirements for application enhancements and projects in accordance with a client's business needs.

    Education and/or experience preferred includes: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology. Comparable work experience can be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the formal education requirement.

    Experience and Skills:

    • Work with the business and technical teams to support business requirements analysis
    • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
    • Document business processes and user requirements to facilitate system design and implementation
    • Act as technical liaison between the development team and the business
    • Design and develop technical solutions to meet business needs
    • Perform data analysis to help verify business requirements
    • Provide technical and production support during and after implementation phases
    • Conduct testing of new or customized application modules
    • Resolve escalated problems of technical support
    • Consult with business clients to understand their requirements and processes
    • Ability to perform all other duties as assigned.
    • Comply with all banking and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees of company and the general public. Must possess good communication skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
    • Ability to operate the following: telephone, personal computer, printer, copy machine, fax machine. Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software programs. Advanced PC knowledge beneficial.
