Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30pm

Pay: $17/hour plus monthly bonus potential

Position Overview: Lone Mountain Truck Leasing is seeking a composed, adaptable professional with high attention to detail and impeccable critical-thinking skills to fill our Customer Service Representative position. Job Responsibilities

• Represent the company by maintaining a positive customer experience
• Offer guidance and educate the customer on maintaining a successful lease
• Maintain urgent follow-up and follow-through on everything
• Work with fellow departments to proactively resolve issues
• Process incoming payments for tolls, taxes, small delinquencies
• Audit lease documents for accuracy and completeness
• Provide registration assistance in all 50 states
• Respond to leasing application inquiries
• Coordinate lease payoffs and title transfers
• Initiate and facilitate paperwork for customer needs

Key Experience / Skills / Traits:

• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, teaching, training, coaching or related fields
• Proficient at working through issues with customers over the phone with positive resolution
• Thrive in a very fast-paced phone environment with constant interruption
• Incredibly adaptable to changing assignments, juggling additional work when needed
• Team Player: eagerly looks to lend a hand, go the extra mile
• Always produces an on-time, excellent work product
• Top notch written and oral communication skills
• Self-motivated, self-teacher, constant learner
