    Position Title Coordinator of Logistics and Manufacturing
    Job Description
    The Program Coordinator is responsible for the development of new programs and courses that match the demand of constituents for the program area of Logistics and Manufacturing and classes that meet the needs of the service area in the areas of transportation and manufacturing programs. Supervises and coordinates the Semi-Truck Driving Training Program, DOT Compliance, and Manufacturing.  Position requires contact with trucking companies regarding their driver needs, the State Department of Education regarding license requirements, and the State Department of Transportation.

    Required Qualifications
    Required:  High school diploma or equivalent 
    Experience: Must have 5 years of truck driving experience or 5 years of supervisory management experience. Preference will be given to those with a minimum of 2 years of training coordination.  Excellent communication and organizational skills required

    Ability to pass a background check and MVR.
    Preferred Qualifications
    Bachelor’s Degree Preferred. Previous work in an office setting and familiarity with computers and classroom technology.
    Physical Demands
    Include occasional lifting up to 20 pounds, the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, use hands to operate a computer keyboard, telephone, and other basic office equipment, ability to work with diverse populations, and work is performed in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear and use a phone. Reading, writing, calculating, and working with minimal supervision, a high degree of problem-solving, organizational skills, and high degree of inter-personal skills. 
    Salary 42,000-46,000
