    Job Responsibilities:
    Assists in all aspects of the administration of client investment accounts including periodic client reviews and reports, investment product research and analysis, administrative client account changes and updates. This position also performs general administrative functions for the department. Other responsibilities include:
    • Responsible for all aspects of the administration of client investment accounts.
    • Acts as a liaison between the clients and investment vendors.
    • Prepares, submits and verifies new account paperwork.
    • Reviews and files monthly and quarterly and annual account statements.
    • Monitors and responds to client/vendor emails and phone calls.
    • Maintains Broker Dealer/RIA (SSAM) records and reporting.
    • Maintains an accurate detail of account/client activities in the firm records/systems.
    • Assists in preparation of presentation materials for prospects and clients.
    • Assists in the preparation of proposals, based on asset allocation models for prospects.
    • Assists in the compilation and analysis of current assets and performance for client presentations.
    • Preparing product research and analytics for various investment vehicles using eMoney, Morningstar, Fi360, VEO and other analytic software.
    • Prepares client communication materials.
    • Obtains compliance approval for sales materials and client communications.
    • Prepares and distributes client communications, including newsletters and periodic client reports.
    • Create, edit and format new correspondence and proposals using Microsoft Word, Excel and/or PowerPoint.
    • Create and update reports, flyers, brochures, handouts and proposal covers.
    • Database/spreadsheet maintenance.
    • Maintain department supply log sheet and re-order supplies as needed including printer paper, training room supplies and general department supplies
    • Follow policies and procedures as outlined in the company and departmental policy manuals.
    • Other duties may be assigned.
    Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
    • Prior experience in a support role at either an independent Broker/Dealer or Wire House, helpful but not required.
    • Experience using Orion Systems, TD Ameritrade VEO administration System, Morningstar Workstation, iRebal and/or eMoney portal would be a plus.
    • An equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of minimum qualifications.
    • The preferred candidate is a team player with a great attitude, self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic knowledge of investment products, procedures, vendors and vehicles.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills required
    • Must be thorough, detail-oriented and is responsible for working with confidential information.
    • Ability to accommodate immediate requests, perform under short deadlines and coordinate multiple jobs.
    • Must be flexible to meet with prospects and clients beyond core business hours.
    • Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
