POSITION OVERVIEW

The Pharmacy Delivery Driver is a Part-Time (20 hours per week) position that will assist with delivering prescriptions locally to ACHC patients. 

DUTIES

• Maintain a positive image of All Care Health Center to customers by providing timely and accurate completion of deliveries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Load vehicles with medications/products for delivery including Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics/Orthotics & Supplies (DMEPOS).
• Create, edit and finalize a route through PioneerRx phone application or other pharmacy information system.
• Verify receipt of delivery and provides valid signature for proof of receipt of all items delivered.
• Process any required paperwork according to established procedures, specifically for DMEPOS.
• Collect prescription payments
• Transfer specimens from satellite clinics to main clinic for processing.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety concerns.
• Complete logs and reports
• Alert management when vehicle maintenance is due; maintain vehicle logbooks and maintenance issues.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation-this position requires use of personal vehicle
• Possess geographical knowledge of the service area.
