    TS Banking Group is seeking to hire a Recruitment Coordinator. This role prepares job postings and schedules candidate interviews. They also support the offer process and track recruiting activities.

    Preferred education and/or experience includes: Possess a two or four-year college degree from an accredited university or institution with the major area of study in Business Administration, Communications, or Human Resources Management is preferred. Two plus years of work experience or related experience.

    Position location: Treynor, IA

    Experience and Skills:

    • Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires
    • Coordinate and schedule all candidate interviews including phone interviews, in-person interviews and video conference interviews
    • Manage and monitor candidate activity through the prescreening and onboarding process
    • Track recruiting activities and provide reporting on candidate status
    • Conduct phone interviews to qualify candidates
    • Ensure candidates are followed up with in a timely manner
    • Coordinate candidate travel as required and process associated expenses
    • Support offer and post-acceptance process
    • Prepare job postings for both internal and external job boards
    • Ability to perform all other duties as assigned.
    • Comply with all banking and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees of company and the general public. Must possess good communication skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
    • Ability to operate the following: telephone, personal computer, printer, copy machine, fax machine. Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software programs. Advanced PC knowledge beneficial.
