    What are we looking for in our next HR Manager?
    CSN-Council Bluffs is looking for a multi-talented and strengths-focused HR Manager to provide leadership in the development and execution of HR strategies that support CSN’s mission, principles, and goals.
    A leader who will oversee the day-to-day personnel functions including recruitment, retention, onboarding, employee relations, records and performance management, benefits, and payroll administration.  To LEARN, GROW and LIVE your best possible professional life to facilitate achievement and organizational outcomes.

    What You'll Need:
     
    Possessing unique recruiting and retention techniques, strong, self-directed time management skills, and extensive knowledge of on-boarding and employee engagement will be crucial to the position. Additionally, the ability to manage and maintain the HRIS system (Kronos) and strong employee relations skills in developing and maintaining professional interpersonal relationships with employees at all levels within the organization will be essential.
     
    Minimum qualifications: One year of Human Resources experience and a working knowledge of Iowa State and federal employment law and an ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a diverse population. Must also maintain a valid and unexpired driver’s license and auto insurance; reliable transportation; possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, and successfully pass all required background checks. 
     
    Desired qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business, human services, or a related field; PHR or SHRM certification; three to five years of relevant work experience in Human Resources. Previous work experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities is also advantageous.
