Litigation Associate Attorney

Telpner Peterson Law Firm, L.L.P., Council Bluffs, IA is seeking a highly motivated associate attorney with a minimum of two years of litigation experience to join our firm and work in the areas of personal injury, worker’s compensation and commercial litigation.  Ideally, the candidate will have substantial experience in state court litigation.  Additionally, a successful candidate must have excellent legal research, writing and client counseling skills.
