    This is a hybrid remote position. We are seeking candidates that live near Statesville, NC or Charlotte, NC areas; will also consider Omaha, NE as this is our corporate facility. Travel to the NC plant will be required. Trade show travel and meetings at the corporate office will also be necessary.
    How do you fit in?
    Responsible for the planning and execution of marketing programs within assigned segments to drive lead generation, increase brand awareness, and equip the sales team with tools to accelerate new customer acquisition.
    Do you have what it takes?

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
    • Previous experience in B2B marketing
    • 5+ years in Marketing functions, 3+ years focused on lead generation
    • Proven track record of creating and implementing successful seeding, demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs
    • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
    What will you do?
    • In collaboration with the sales and marketing team, nurture, enhance and drive the Airlite/KodiaKooler brand.
    • Within assigned segment, develop and implement marketing plans.
    • Execute on the digital strategy for Airlite Plastic’s leveraging and exploiting Airlite/KodiaKooler’s performance packaging capabilities and product lines.
    • Establish and maintain on-going customer and strategic business relationships.
    • Be the day to day internal subject-matter expert on assigned segment(s) and partnerships, including market requirements, applicable regulations, industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
    • Develop and manage marketing metrics within assigned segment, provide regular updates on metrics.
    • Conduct market and competitor research and analyses.
    • Establish goals and objectives to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels.
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase leads, build brand awareness and promote the company as an innovative market leader within assigned segments.
    • Assess new markets and define targets for Airlite to develop and acquire new customers.
    • Oversee the execution of events, trade shows and conferences. Manage the ROI for each show to ensure resources are aligned with growth markets and future events are justified.
    • Create marketing content including whitepapers, blogs, press releases, emails, sales presentations, web copy and marketing collateral.
    • Analyze market trends, maintain knowledge of industry, developments and best practices.
    • Identify and track key metrics to evaluate results of marketing programs; communicate results with management and provide feedback for maximizing efforts.
