Behavioral Support Specialist- BCBA

Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 10 states.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Council Bluffs, IA to utilize ingenuity and creativity to determine the best training methods, assistance, and support for an individual with disabilities.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst uses best practices within a community-based setting to support our individuals to live as independently as possible. This individual must be able to efficiently conduct trainings in a public environment, exercise patience, work a flexible schedule, and respond to crisis situations effectively.

We are offering a $7,100 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days of satisfactory work performance. Salary is negotiable. Consulting opportunities available!
Requirements:

• BCBA Certification from the state of employment required.
• Master’s Degree in behavioral analysis, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the development and implementation of behavioral support plans.
• Knowledge of Positive Behavioral Supports.
• Ability to conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments.
