    The Community Supports Network, Inc. (CSN), is a strengths-based, multi-state organization whose Mission it is to support people with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health needs to learn skills and develop talents to reach their goals.
    We are looking for engaged Supervisors with the necessary skills to lead a team of Professionals in providing compassionate care and helping others achieve their individualized goals. In this role you will help develop a strengths-based environment through coaching and developing your team of employees. Our most successful FLS' are engaged in continuous coaching and development of each valued employee through positive motivation, assertiveness, accountability, relationship building and decision making using critical thinking skills while managing and overseeing a residential site(s) for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health needs.
    This specific Manager position will oversee two residential group home locations in Council Bluffs. Time will be split between Direct Support hours and Administrative (Office) hours.

    Requirements
    At minimum, one-year of experience in the field of intellectual disabilities and/or behavioral services; be at least 18 years of age; a high school diploma or equivalent; a valid driver’s license, good driving record, reliable transportation and current auto insurance. The employee must pass background checks favorably, and have full range of motion, physical strength and ability to achieve and maintain required training and certifications. Applicants must also have availability to be on-call M-F; and rotating weekends.
    Desired qualifications include: Bachelor’s Degree with a major in a related field and two-years’ experience in the field of intellectual disabilities and/or mental health services and one-year of supervisory experience.
