    What will I be doing?
    The LINKS Coach is responsible for the supervision and care of individuals attending the LINKS Day Habilitation Program. The LINKS Coach will daily organize and prepare for the activities, outings, and personal cares of individuals under the direction of the Team Coordinator. Come be a part of this journey with us!
    A quick highlight of some of the things our coaches do:
    • Assist with supervision of persons served during break and mealtime
    • Provide physical assistance to persons served as necessary in the areas of eating, dressing, personal hygiene, etc.
    • Document persons served interactions and support interventions in the form of contact notes/Therap ISP data, incident reports, T-log timely and as instructed.
    • Oversee, and participate in, the clean up each day before everyone leaves
    • Assist in activities such as community outings, socialization, following directions, attention to tasks, job readiness and making crafts
    • Model for or physically assist persons served with actual activities and/or tasks.
    • Implement or see to the implementation of behavioral plans
    • Work cooperatively with the person served, their service coordinator, and other team members to support the persons served "Person-Centered Plan"
    • Set up the activity area daily, ensuring it is ready for activities to begin
     
    What do I need?
    • High School diploma or GED
    • Driver’s License
    • Must obtain Medication Manager certification within six months of employment.
