    The Community Partnerships Manager position is the lead in establishing and cultivating relationships with nonprofit organizations to help achieve the mission of SHARE Iowa being a conduit to connect nonprofits and community members. Specifically, this role helps ensure the SHARE Iowa platform is robust with nonprofit content that encourages community engagement and involvement. The Community Partnerships Manager is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and retaining nonprofit participants. In addition, the Community Partnerships Manager is the liaison between the community foundation and the Community Impact Grant program grantees.
    This position also has a role in maintaining networks with both the nonprofit community and also the philanthropic community, community leaders, partners, community members and business leaders in order to facilitate collaboration for engagement, programming, funding and awareness. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations, working closely to establish strategic plans for building nonprofit relationships and support, and works closely with the Engagement and Brand Manager to source nonprofit storytelling content for various channels. The role of the Community Partnerships Manager is an integral part of the community foundation team and this role helps fulfill the mission of the community foundation.
    The Pottawattamie County Community Foundation (PCCF) is a tax-exempt public charity, 501(c)(3), that serves thousands of people who share a common interest in improving the quality of life in Pottawattamie County, Iowa. Individuals, families, businesses and organizations help their communities meet the challenges of changing times and amplify their philanthropic potential through the permanent charitable funds that PCCF invest, administer, and facilitate. PCCF is overseen by a volunteer board of leading community-focused citizens and managed by dedicated professionals with expertise in identifying the needs of their community.
