    About Us

    IVRS offers services to businesses and individuals who have disabilities with employment needs.

    Business services : Our goal is to develop creative solutions to address your unique staffing needs. Are you a seasonal business? Are you expanding? Do you have high turnover in certain key positions? IVRS can help you develop a custom staffing strategy to meet your changing workforce needs. We take the time to learn about your business, identify skill requirements, and research options.

    Employment focus for individuals who have disabilities: We're an employment program for individuals who experience a disability. We focus on service delivery that assists individuals to prepare for, obtain, retain, and advance in employment. For those who have been determined eligible, it is an individualized program that delivers employment services based on the individual's individualized employment plan.

    Transition services are focused on helping students decide what they want to do after graduating high school. IVRS counselors offer a variety of exploration activities that are designed to help students decide on a career path. Services can begin at age 14 and include: Counseling and Guidance Services, Career Exploration Assessments, Assistance with Post-Secondary Training, Job Seeking Skills Training, Job Placement, and Assistive Technology.
