Workforce Development Sponsors

 

This is a great sponsorship for any business looking to get its business informed of Council Bluffs' workforce and partners.

 

 

Workforce Development Sponsor $3,000 1 of 2 available

Benefits:  This sponsor will receive top billing on all Workforce Development Sponsorship pages for the year. The sponsor will also get recognition on all promotional materials for workforce events including The Chamber website, the Chamber’s social media accounts, and event pages’. The sponsor will also receive a rotating company banner ad on the job board.

Professional Development Workshops 

 

This is a great sponsorship for any business looking to get its business in front of new and seasoned leaders. Showing your continued support and contribution to the growth of our community and economy. 

 

Professional Development Workshops Platinum Sponsor $5,000 1 of 1 available 

Benefits: This sponsor will receive top billing at all Professional Development Workshops communications and marketing materials including, the Chamber website, and the Chamber’s social media accounts. You will also receive a rotating company banner ad on the Workforce Professional Development Sponsorship page. This sponsor will also have the opportunity to give a 60-second presentation at each workshop and will receive a free seat at each workshop for the year.

 

The CB Chamber produces five professional development workshops per year in partnership with Business Ethics Alliance and MC2.  These workshops are designed to develop our local leaders, help with retention efforts, and create diverse and inclusive cultures.  Supporting these programs allows the Chamber to provide these workshops at an affordable rate.  The sponsor of each will get direct exposure to 30 community leaders. 

 

Professional Development Workshops Sponsor $1,000 2 of 6 available 

Benefits: There will be one sponsor per workshop. Sponsors will be able to decide which event they prefer on the first right of refusal bases. This sponsor will receive their logo in all Professional Development Workshops communications and marketing materials for the said event including, the Chamber website, and the Chamber’s social media accounts. This sponsor will also have the opportunity to give a five-minute presentation at each workshop and will receive a free seat at each workshop for the year. UNbelievable Workplaces CB 

 

UNbelievable Workplaces program is designed to help businesses track employee satisfaction. They can use this program to obtain insight from their associates, create a culture that their team will want to work in and share their status to get recognized for the culture they’ve created. UNbelievable Workplaces CB Celebration event sponsors get direct exposure to approximately 150 community leaders and recognition in the Chamber’s e-newsletter.

L.I.F.T. Mentor Program

 

L.I.F.T. Mentor Program is focused on supporting talented professional women looking to restart their careers after an extended absence from the workforce.  This sponsorship is a great opportunity for a business to show support to the twenty participating women and potentially open up a new talent pipeline for their businesses. 

 

Program Sponsor - $1,000 1 of 1 available

Benefits: Your Company will receive recognition on all promotional materials for the program including, the Chamber’s e-newsletter, the Chamber’s website, and social media accounts, participant handbooks, signage at any associated event, along with an announcement at any associated event. Your Company will be invited to speak at the orientation. 

Printed Material Sponsor - $500 2 of 2 available

GrowCB

 

GrowCB is intended to be a conduit and platform for youth-business partnerships. The program will be an ongoing program in which businesses provide work-based experiences directly to area students. The purpose of such a program is to help young people appreciate the importance of quality education and how it relates to opportunities in the workforce. Students will also explore the local workforce while continuing to focus on their education. This sponsorship is a great way to get in front of our youth and local businesses. It is an opportunity to open up a future talent pipeline. 

 

Video Sponsor - $1,000 1 of 1 available

    Benefits: Your company logo will be on each testimonial video with a link to your website.  You will also qualify as a GrowCB Business and be placed on the Chamber website.  These videos will be shared on the Chamber website and social media (including YouTube.)
