Our Purpose
The Chamber Ambassadors serve as the official public relations representatives of the Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce. This passionate group of volunteers attends and supports community and Chamber events, including ribbon cuttings, groundbreakings, and member coffees. Their role is to promote business-to-business interaction, uplift local businesses, and celebrate their contributions to our thriving community.
The CB Ambassadors embody a spirit of community service and partnership, functioning as visible and enthusiastic supporters of local businesses. Their purpose aligns with the Chamber's mission to foster economic growth and community engagement, ensuring every business feels supported, celebrated, and connected.

Commitments & Expectations
Our Ambassadors are held to high standards, ensuring they represent the Chamber with pride, impartiality, and professionalism. They are expected to:
- Attend Chamber events regularly and serve as welcoming, enthusiastic representatives
- Maintain active membership by participating in at least 50% of scheduled events annually
- Treat all members fairly, avoiding favoritism and upholding the Chamber's inclusive mission
