Women Inspiring Women brings together women from across Council Bluffs who are ready to grow, connect, and lead with no specific title, industry, or career stage required.
Through honest conversations, interactive workshops, inspiring speakers, and intentional networking, WIW explores the challenges women experience personally and professionally. Topics include confidence, imposter syndrome, taking risks, self-advocacy, difficult conversations, leadership, and managing pressure and perfectionism. You’ll leave each event with practical insight, fresh perspective, and meaningful connections with women you may not otherwise have the opportunity to meet. Those connections can lead to greater confidence, new leadership opportunities, and a stronger voice in our community.
