UNbelievable Workplaces Program Overview
UNbelievable Workplaces is a program developed by the Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce. It helps businesses create strong workplace cultures that focus on employee satisfaction and engagement.
The program uses a customized employee engagement survey to provide valuable insights. These insights guide businesses in building human-centered workplaces. To qualify for recognition, companies need to achieve a 60% survey completion rate. Once completed, businesses receive detailed reports that analyze their results.
Organizations that meet all criteria earn the prestigious UNbelievable Workplace designation. These businesses enjoy exclusive benefits. For example, they get their logo displayed on the program’s webpage and a 2025 UNbelievable Workplace decal. They also receive a media kit with branding tools and recognition in the Chamber’s press release.
By joining this program, businesses show their dedication to employee well-being. They also strengthen their brand and gain recognition as leaders in Southwest Iowa.

- Registration: Dec 1, 2025 – Jan 4, 2026
- Surveys: Jan 12 – Feb 15, 2026
- Reports delivered: Feb 20, 2026
- Celebration: Mar 19, 2026, 4-7 PM
Costs:
- 1-100 employees: $150/location
- 101-500 employees: $300/location
- 501+ employees: $450/location
Qualifications:
- Report associates & turnover per location
- 60% response rate
- 75% of questions with 60%+ score
